The receptionist was very pleasant and was able to answer all my questions. I really liked the heated massage table. Everyone I met was friendly.

Excellent massage from Jennifer which alleviated discomfort and increased mobility. Excellent facial and neck and face massage from Crystal which left my skin very soft, smooth and bright without redness or discoloration. Quiet and brief wait in the hallway between treatments.

Quick appt and intake process

I got a massage from Charles and a facial from Jasmine. These are two names I won’t forget! Everyone at this spa makes me feel welcome and pampered. I’ve already recommended it to two friends.

Jennifer is an amazing Therapist and delivered a great massage as usual. I did also make an error in booking which was fixed by the lady at front desk.

Very satisfied with knowledge and concern for my concerns. Jasmine is friendly and through. I enjoy the time being pampered.

Dalinda is consistent and professional in understanding and responding to where I need the most focus each visit. Vivian runs an efficient front desk. The office and rooms are always fresh and clean

From scheduling to that massage therapists, I usually use Dafarian or Futaki, I’ve not had any issues at all. Top notch folks working at Hand and Stone NRH!

While the massages are wonderful, the increase in prices does not balance out the experience. The draw to Hand & Stone was because rices were at affordable levels to go on a regular basis. The increase raises prices to luxury massages, which this is not.
