Love my aesthetician and the way my skin is improving

I go to this location because they have online appointment booking. I appreciate the ease of that service. I loved that the front desk staff wore masks. My massage therapist (Kendra) was fantastic. That was probably the best massage I have received at Hand and Stone. She was attentive and did little things that make a difference, like wrapping my chilly feet in warm towels, using a warming neck wrap, etc. I left feeling 1,000% more relaxed than when I walked in.

Have been a member since Hand & Stone opened. My massage therapist knows all my problem areas. The location is convenient and and the facilities practical.

Kendra is absolutely amazing! She is the only reason I keep coming back. As prices continue to increase every year I am seriously considering canceling membership.

Therapist was great

Kendra is the best massage therapist. She has different techniques that she uses depending on the need and my pain level. Also Vivian at the front desk is always extremely nice and helpful and they laugh at my dumb jokes.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Massage therapist impressed me with ability to find trouble areas and continuing on problems areas resulting in decreased muscle tightness without pain during or after the massage. Didn’t feel like a cookbook formula massage that so many therapists perform.

I booked a massage and facial online and I selected “any provider”. The online system scheduled me for a facial with someone who doesn’t do them. So they had to cancel my facial the day before and reschedule which then didn’t give me the introductory price for both services…

This was the first time I had a session with Haley, and I was happy it was. I will continue my membership and sessions with her.
