Excellent customer service and products

I had a facial appointment on my last visit. Tati was my provider and she was AMAZING. She was very professional and personable. She listened to my needs and concerns and addressed each one. She gave me great advice on products and how to use them. At the end, she gave the best neck and shoulder massage I have ever had in a facial. I usually have to book a massage appointment to get that level of massage. I booked my next appointment with Tati that day and will continue to book her for all my facials.
