Totally relaxing!!

Hand and Stone usually has a friendly and efficient staff at check in. My massage therapist, Jenny, is excellent and a big reason for my continued membership.

Everything was great.

I participated in a great special that was offered. The spa was new and extremely clean which made the experience even better.

My therapist was very experienced so much so she had me snoring so much I woke myself up. I find she helps with my pain so efficiently I'm not bothered by my pain for quite awhile. At least not until my next visit.

Michelle was lovely and I enjoyed my facial. It was very refreshing. Did not like that as I was paying I was pushed to get the monthly membership. I had just relaxed and then I was asked to pay more money.

I was very surprised at how good I felt after. My appointment was in the evening- and I have slept so well OR woken up so refreshed in…months?? A year? I can’t wait to go back!!!

The staff went above and beyond to schedule two appointments together for my mother and me. We had to change the appointments twice and she was very accommodating and didn't show any annoyance. These were promotional facials and they were able to offer them to us even after rescheduling.
