Like that the website is now working, I prefer to book things online vs by phone or in person because it gives you time to match up schedule and booking. The front desk is helpful too, I had stopped in to get clarity on the holiday offers because the website wasn't clear. The esthetician is very knowledgeable and personable. I like that she genuinely address my skin concerns as an individual vs from a sales perspective. As evidence, I've actually booked her multiple times instead of choosing any provider.

Michele has been doing my facials for quite a few years. She is totally professional, knows her products and what works best for my specific needs (which change every few months.). She is a pleasure and a treasure!
