I bought this on Groupon, which was a reasonable price, but in no way I feel that the prices are reasonable to return

Michelle Camille is an amazing esthetician. She takes the time to examine the skin to make her recommendations. I like that she understands her clients, for example I'm after value and service. So she never gives me a hard time if I use a groupon or come in on a special offer which makes me want to be a continuous customers. She is the only one that I consistently make appointments and choose her specifically vs first any available.

First of all, the spa smelled delightful and immediately set the mood for relaxation. The receptionist, Carol, was super sweet and very helpful. The therapist hit all of the major issues I was having with my neck and shoulders. Everything was wonderful.

The reception we received was very nice. The reception area was very clean. My therapist was nice and the room was great.

Process from beginning to end of experience is seamless.

I hope the previous survey I started didn't register - accidently confused the highly dissatisfied/satisfied sides but I digress. I have always enjoyed my visits at hand & stone at the Morristown location and it was my first time at the new location/building. I really enjoyed it and will be coming back!

Met with positive attitude by front staff. Cleanliness of the front and behind the scenes was evident. Therapist listened to my area of concern and concentrated on that specific area for a good amount of time then continued with rest of body areas… well done!
