This was my 1st time visiting Hand & Stone and it was an excellent experience. I waited less than a few minutes before I was taken back to the massage room by my therapist (Jessie). She asked about my problematic areas and paid extra attention to those parts. She checked in to make sure the pressure that she was applying was ok, but there was no additional small talk which is what I appreciate most in a therapist (i.e., I appreciate silence). My experience was so good that I decided to sign up for the membership program. I’m excited to return and will definitely recommend to anyone.
