The facility was clean, the receptionist friendly, and the therapist professional.

I have been seeing the same therapist for a while and this helps in how he treats me. He knows the problem areas.

I'm a returning client; and I've known Stefan (therapist) for years. I understand the COVID situation, but my only negative is that the reception area looked a bit grim.

The Hand and Stone staff are concerned about their clients having a wonderful experience. The clean and comfortable massage room with heated table all add to the first rate experience. And of course the professional massage staff that adjust to my needs.

Everything is always very easy at this location. The massage is very effective. I will continue to go back.

The linen for the face/head holder looked and felt dirty. The bed linen felt rough but clean. Please have new linens for the face/head piece of the massage table. Thanks! Also, please make the water dispenser available again. I felt slightly dizzy from the amazing massage but didn't have water available.
