Massage therapist is good.

Great staff, clean, welcoming. Massage was great and esthetician recommended really good products for aftercare. Will likely return again - I have been going to the same location for almost 2 years now and they have never been bad!

Thea was great. Addressed all of my concerns and definitely helped with the pain I was experiencing. I was relaxed after the 80 minute session and I will ask for her in the future.

I have been a member for many years. Stefan is a wonderful massage therapist and a caring person. The staff go out of their way to make my experience as seamless as possible by arranging appointments and explaining promotions and benefits of my member.

Start to finish a great experience. Ease of scheduling, promptness in checking in, appointment started on time, good communication from therapist,therapist targeted all areas requested, great pressure (firm, as requested). Have been a long time member of H&S, and find it a great value.
