I feel the staff is very friendly and welcoming, making the visit an instant pleasure. My masseur, Niya, always greets me with a smile and we talk like old friends. The full-body massage/facial experience I enjoy each time I come never disappoints. I was formerly a member of a spa at a cheaper cost, but Hand & Stone is far superior and not much more expensive. The monthly price I pay for the services I receive is so worth it.
