the new therapist was nice. I just get tired of going there and everybody quits the front. Staff is new. The aestheticians quit the massage therapist quit. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve been a member for over 15 years and the changes are just crazy and now that the reward system is ridiculous. It’s even more reason to not renew.

Georgia is so aware of the needs of my body. Her massage techniques are outstanding. She is thorough and really tuned in to my trouble areas. Georgia is the best. An outstanding. caring, kind and very knowledgeable massage therapist.

My fist visit with Hand & Stone. My wife recommended H&S and I was thoroughly impressed with the facility and was overwhelmed with my massage with DJ. He exhibited great depth and knowledge of the human physiology and knew exactly the source of my back pains. H&S needs to do whatever they can to hang on to DJ!

Survey is about a facial, I had a Massage, DJ was an awesome massage therapist. The reason for the low rating on booking is because your web site doesn't work, which is why I used the phone the person on the phone was great

My therapist Kathleen was very knowledgeable about my left hip issues and did a wonderful job addressing the area during the massage. it was easy to communicate with her and the service was excellent. I have had many massages and this was in my top 5.

It’s always a very calming experience! I have been a member forever! Very clean and staff is fabulous!
