Hand and Stone Spa is an exceptional spa. I have and continue recommend Hand and Stone Spa for all of my beauty needs. I have been going to Hand and Stone Spa for several years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a highly qualified massage therapist. She is very much in tune with my body and my needs. I appreciate being able to use rewards points towards my visit. Staff is very welcoming.

The massage therapist Kathy was very knowledgeable about working tight areas and was asking for feedback throughout the massage on pressure and movement. She was very personable and if I lived in the area I would absolutely return to see her again.

Matthew was incredible-he had knowledge beyond just a basic massage and focused more on the areas I mentioned. I was also glad no one pushed to sell me anything-I realize there is a business to be run, but I cannot stand anything less then when the people up front try to oversell services! That is definitely not relaxing.

Mathew was devine and unique in his massage therapy technique. Staff helped with keeping my bicycle safe inside. super friendly and knowledgeable. Grateful for the promotion reduction. Typical sales techniques.

Michelle (therapist) is very good at what she does. I always feel very relaxed and "balanced" (LOL) when my appointment is done.

Amy is an excellent Massage therapist. She does a wonderful job listening. Then taking what she has heard and applies it to her massage techniques. She is customer focused in keeping on time and schedule with her appointments. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The only downside is that it sometimes it is difficult to schedule with her because she books so far out. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I would give her a raise as soon as I could. Ensure that the management treats her well so that she continue to provide great customer service. Please pass along my thanks for another great massage.
