Massage therapist was able to identify and work on areas of chronic pain effectively. Very grateful for her helping relive pain and muscle soreness.

In general, I always have a great experience at Hand & Stone. The therapists are professional and experienced. This time, however, I was frustrated about the sound system in the room we were in. It was not working properly. And, the person in the room next to me was also very loud and distracting for most of the massage.

I love this hand and Stone. The massage therapists at this location are excellent! The lobby/waiting area is nice, the rooms are nice, and the therapists are great! I went to the Chandler location and wasn't as happy there.

This paricular visit was after surgery and travel to Ireland, so it was especially helpful to relx with the kind efforts of Ashley. Her strength and gentleness combined to help me relaxdeeply. I appreciated receiving a reminder call soon after my appointment time. I was busy with a webinar and didn't notice the time. I zipped over to Hand and Stone to take advantage of the time I had left. Within the 35 minutes left of my 50 min appointment I felt as if I had a full 50 min massage. My massage therapist was wonderful, could not have been more pleasant and gave me an excellent massage, focusing on my upper back.
