My massage therapist focused on the areas I asked. Continuously asked if pressure was ok. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Great therapist that included stretching as part of the process. She checked in on the pressure and provided a great relaxing and invigorating massage in the 80mins.

Judy is highly experienced and very knowledgeable. I left without the aches and pains that I walked in with. I would highly recommend her and am looking for to my next massage.

It really comes down to my therapist, Michelle. She's great - always providing a great session, listening to my requests to cover specific areas, and respecting my desire for a quiet environment. I've been going to this Hand & Stone for several years now, on a very regular basis, and on the rare occasions where something has gone wrong, the service recovery has been excellent. I have a monthly membership, which is feel is good value for money. I was disappointed to receive notification that the prices are going up, although I understand the need for a business to remain profitable.

Everyone is always courteous and friendly at this location. All waiting and treatment areas are spotless and I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time.

Always a pleasant experience. Michelle does a great job. I always feel better after a massage.

First time ever to Hand and Stone. The staff was friendly, the massage was wonderful and the facial was a great way to top it off. Very knowledgable about the products. I have never had a facial before so this experience was unique and informative. She explained EVERYTHING very thoroughly and gave me the added push to get myself into a dermatologist for an overdue appointment. Loved the entire experience here. So much so that I plan on getting a membership. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm spreading the word about my positive experience. Thank you, Hand and Stone.
