Everyone in the reception area were very kind and welcoming. My esthetician was very sweet and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and she did an amazing job. My skin felt and looked amazing. With everyone being so kind and welcoming along with the service I signed up to be a member.

Kathy is very knowledgable about muscles/aches/pains, and does an maxing job. Not only is Kathy very friendly/kind, so are ALL the ladies in reception. It’s alway a very pleasant experience coming for a massage.

Everyone was so nice Drew was so helpful and the massage was fabulous and so was the facial I loved all!

The masseuse was just great. I have had over ten and really thought he was good. I hope you can reduce turnover of all staff. Clearly you have issues. It is a revolving door of employees.

The staff at check in were very friendly and even got me some water before my massage. Also I loved my massage therapist, Karen. She had the perfect pressure to fix my aches and pains. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My therapist Jaime always friendly and positive. He remembers my name when he sees me and gets to work on time and effectively. If I need certain aches tended to, he is able to find the source of pain and relieve tension. Receptions are always sweet and book my next appointment quickly.
