My usual therapist was out sick and the staff worked with me to fit my appointment in with another therapist. It was a great massage and I appreciate everyone's help!

Jamie was excellent. I have tried several therapist at hand and stone and Jamie was the first one to meet my needs.

I have been a member for over 5 years and in that time I think I have only had two disapponting massages. Jaime, my last therapist was very effective at hitting the spots I mentioned as my problem spots. He was very focused on doing that also. Not a lot of chit chat, which is nice.

My therapist, Ana, really is a well qualified.

Hand and Stone is always clean, warm and inviting. I've used several therapists there and always had a good experience. I've never had to wait more than an acceptable amount of time for my service to start. An accommodating appt. is always available. The staff is friendly and willing to help.
