Lovely lobby; great ambiance. Never had a bad experience/service. Some massages better than others but always good.

I was freezing in the treatment room. My therapist got me an extra blanket and cranked up the heating pad. And then.... I fell asleep. :) Missed half my facial but loved the results!! She was so gentle during the facial and perfect touch during the massage.

Bobbie did an amazing job. I didn't even realize how many knots and tight spots I had until she got to work. She very patiently worked through each area without moving on too quickly.

Vince provides exceptional service every time and is the reason I continue my membership even though I moved a fair distance from the store. I appreciate Vince's friendly, yet professional demeanor. Vince's knowledge surpasses all of the therapists I have worked with previously, with Hand and Stone as well as several other companies. He knows exactly what areas to work on and how much pressure to apply with little need for me to provide input. I can lie back and thoroughly enjoy my massage experience.

This was my first visit and I loved It! Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I had a great facial and was very pleased with the esthetician. I will definitely be returning!
