Extremely relaxing environment. Enjoyed the experience and appreciated the knowledge that was shared with me.

Andrea my massage therapist is the only reason I continue my membership there. The cost is higher than I'd like, but she is the best at giving me what I need. She listens to me and takes good care of my muscles.

I've been a member at other chain franchise spas and it's my personal opinion that Hand & Stone surpasses them all. They have quite a few really experienced therapists which is makes it nice and flexible to book on different days or even at the last minute sometimes. The only negative or constructive feedback I would offer is regarding the actual time of massage received is 50 minutes but should be 60 minutes. I understand the 10 minutes is allowed for dressing and undressing but the minutes should not be taken from customer's time of massage. Instead allow 10-15 minutes in between each booking. This way customers are truly getting a "full hour" massage. Otherwise, it's very misleading and deceptive to call it an hour massage. Other than this, I am a satisfied customer and member.

I went to a location in Paradice Valley that was very impressive. It was around the cross-roads of Cactus and Tatum. The spa was very friendly, and Ashley at the front desk was extremely interested in what my needs were. I was blown away by her level of knowledge about the industry and her assistance in helping me figure out what type of massage I needed for my circumstances. I will 100% be returning to that location because of the customer service!
