I noticed that the paint is peeling on the restroom doors - both sides. Very distracting from another wise professional environment.

Linda was exceptional! I feel like she really heard my concerns and offered feedback for tension relief.

Ashley was my therapist. She did a wonderful job focusing on areas I was experiencing pain in - I left feeling so much better and in significantly less pain after the massage.

Cheryl (sp) was very friendly and had a great personality. Time just flew by and I wish I had longer-ha ha! The only negative thing was that there were no dove dark chocolates to munch on while I waited. I guess they discontinued them? I always looked forward to them upon my arrival. Hopefully you can get another type of chocolate for guests to enjoy before their massage/facial.

I had pulled my abductor muscles and Nicki did a wonderful job in easing my pain.

I was in the Phoenix area for a conference my husband was attending I googled hot stone massage in my area and found your location. Everyone I encountered was highly professional and made sure I was comfortable. Ashley was the receptionist and she had a very calm demeanor, offered me a beverage and had me fill out my paperwork. From the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with calm music and scents which made me feel comfortable from the start. Next I met my therapist Vince who also was highly professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was under his care. The massage was wonderful. Afterwards I paid for my service I was asked about purchasing a membership but there are no locations in the St Louis area. There was really no pressure to purchase anything else. Overall I had a very enjoyable and relaxing experience for a reasonable price. I highly recommend hand and stone and thank all of the workers for a job well done
