There is always the push to become a member. I am aware of this option and repeatedly choose not to join. Also, my tip cost me $1.08 to process on my credit card. Bummer. It's not the money. It's the ambience.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Anne Marie is amazing! She carefully explained everything to me. She gave an amazing massage. The thing I do not like is the cost for non-members. I do not like having to be a member, paying a monthly fee to be charged a fair price.

I was not allowed to pay for tip with my card as I did it before here and for years at Massage Envy. Was being forced to use the tipping tool which charges a fee!

I am sure another therapist woudl use "normal" massage techniques, I just did not prefer and have never had a massage using knuckles so much. I really liked that Hand & Stone offer massages AND facials, my facial was amazing. However, I was turned off by the $200 initiation fee and the suggestion of a $30 tip when the massage cost for members is $80. That is almost a 50% tip as the lowest suggested amount.

i was satisfied with the experience, but appointment started a bit late and ended a bit early, so did not feel I received the full 60 minutes; but otherwise, all was lovely. only reason i would not return to this particular location is i do not reside in AZ, but am likely to utilise a location in my home city

I was uncomfortable with the receptionist asking my spouse private questions in the lobby. Specifics about the areas of massage - his comfort level etc

The front desk was kind and professional. Bethany was wonderful
