Hand and Stone

My original appointment was at 11. This time was confirmed via text. At some point my appt was changed to 10:45. This time was on the reminder appt that morning but I didn’t realize the change until I was already on my way. So my appointment time was cut short.

Receptionist girl was very friendly and welcoming. Polite and accommodating. I felt that my massage ended 10 min early, which was a bit odd. I get they are giving me time to get dressed anc get the next person but i think less time is sufficient, since it started right on time

Every time I tried to book nothing available.

I have been a member at this location for several years, and it has changed in the last few years. Reception area is cluttered. Don’t like the washcloths for hand drying. Some tacky decor. Music too loud and not relaxing music. Mints are gone. Tipping app is ridiculous. If it weren’t for the amazing massage therapist, I would find a place with a more relaxing atmosphere.

The massage was great! I think this particular location charges way too much. I also don’t love all the facial products in the reception area; I understand why they are there but when I go for a massage that’s not what I want to look at. Ou rain and music were very nice. I also felt there was too much push to get me to become a member.

It is just frustrating that charges are always more than expected. And I never receive a receipt. “We will email it to you” is not a good answer when I have never received a receipt. Ever. I even double checked they had my correct email address this time and still did not get a receipt. It’s ridiculous.

It was a bit over the top for me; scheduling now has changed and I am not a fan of the questions asked just to make an appt. Receptionists are nice but too much attention paid to me. I don’t need a towel in the waiting room with people, I hate answering questions about my health around people etc

My massage therapist was nice, but was very quiet, and did not seem to really take the time that I have had with past massages with a different therapist.

Everyone was very kind. My massage therapist Jamie was amazing. I ask for him everytime. He has helped me with my shoulder!
