Therapist was great. The room was right near the door and can hear people the whole time.

The room had a unpleasant odor that made it hard to relax.

Because I stopped the membership but was unaware that the 5 massages which were already paid for , were going to expire July 14!! So the only way to not lose them was to renew my membership at a higher price …

I dont like that always trying to get you to be a member,,.

The price of membership has skyrocketed. There was a 33% increase this year, following a 20% increase in 2019 resulting in a 60% increase since joining in 2014. The explanation was all memberships are now at nationwide rate. Why would Arizona be at same rate as California or New York? The membership rate no longer reflects a discount and is at the high end of non membership massage rates in the valley.

Don’t like the hard sale to sign up for monthly. Would rather be a drop in.

My body is very tension and stressed due to my injury from accident. The pressure was good I just needed more on my neck and lower back . My discomfort was worth it I meeed more time for complete relaxation

Jordan wasn't super friendly, didn't smile, seemed a bit awkward. He used a lot of oil. I felt like I needed to shower right away because of the oily feel all over my skin. When he asked me to turn, I felt like he was trying to get peek of my chest. At the end of the massage, I asked for feedback on my right shoulder (if he noticed more tension on that side) and he barely had a word to say. I had to ask in a different way... if he noticed any difference between my left and right shoulder blades. Still didn't get more than a word or two. But he did recommend that I come back every 2-3 weeks to keep up the progress made. Which sounded very scripted as he couldn't really answer me on how tense my muscles felt/seemed. If I return, I will ask not to have Jordan again.

The music system was not functioning. The manager could have suggested therapists use a prescribed playlist on spotify or some other source. Not a hard problem to solve, just shows a lack of effort or ability to adapt procedures. The staff was friendly and attentive. The increase in monthly fee is a bit of a concern.

It has become too expensive . Your service is not worth $80.00 a month. I can not get a back to back appointment- even one month in advance - I suspect that you are grossly understaffed. I don’t like being hassled to pay for add ons or products.
