I had communicated that I wanted focus on my neck and shoulders and lower back. Those areas were given some attention but about the same as the rest of my body.

The front desk women were amazing. However, the massage therapist took a lot of my time talking about herself and recommending add-ons before beginning the massage. I told her head neck and shoulder and she didnt touch my shoulder at all and it turns out my issue was a rotated clavicle so my pain was not resolved.

The reason I will not visit a hand and stone again is due to the lack of respect when telling the front desk staff I did not want a membership and the continued pressure. Asking twice is fine, but after that it ruins the satisfaction of the service I just received. The esthetician was amazing and I would recommend her to everyone.

My massage was very good overall. Certain areas such as my back and shoulder areas were excellent. Other areas were such as arms and legs were done well but I felt they were not quite as well done.

I made two appointments with the same massage therapist. I saw her on the 12th but my poor appointment was booked with something else. I did not book with that person. She was still good, I just feel like the receptionist didn’t schedule on the 4th correctly. I hope that never happens again

My original Aesthetician is gone I’m getting to know new therapists to fulfill that role. I was very satisfied with Casey I travel so use hand and stone in several locations and have found some are not as good as others. I like the products so that influences my membership

The massage started a little late and ended a little early. It was a prenatal massage which cost more money even though the massage was limited in some areas.

I'm trapped in my contract. I have too many credits and can't catch up. Yet they keep piling up and I have to spend more and more money. I can oinly transfer 3 masages. i cant freeze adding sessions and use my sessions and if I leave I get charged more for the credits I have. I am trapped. It's a bad feeling.
