Aesthetician is fabulous. Turnover at this location is not ideal. Regularly feel like I have been charged incorrectly.

The massage therapist was great! Very friendly and did a great job. The receptionist at the end tried to convince me to buy a subscription, she tried so hard that it ended up making me feel uncomfortable and ruining the end of my experience. I would have preferred if they just gave me a pamphlet about it or mentioned it once and that was it.

I had a good experience with my therapist, Amy this most recent time and once before. A previous massage therapist was disappointing and I should have asked for my money back- I've been told she no longer works there. The lobby is more like a used car sales ofc - pressing people why they quit their memberships and pressing others to join. One patron told the person at the front desk (politely I might add), no thank you I'm not interested, THREE times. I want to get a massage and relax before and after, not be sold.

On this my first visit, I had a good experience. It was not life changing. In the future I may have experiences that are. Just let me get acquainted, OK? There is always the possibility that I will fall in love with Hand & Stone but how about a little courtship.

Are appointment times 50 minutes or 60? my last appointment was only 40 minutes. I know I was early, but Sherry took me back early and I was dismissed after 40 minutes.

The lobby where you wait is always noisy due to tile floors etc. I'm never sure about how costs, add-ons, and different treatments work and I dont feel like the receptionists go out of their way to explain as there are people coming and going and it is noisy.

I felt it was not exceptional for adding extra cost to get foot massage and face ice. Should have just had a massage. Paying extra was not a good value. My massage therapist was very kind and pleasant but I think I asked for too much for 50 min.

My appointed time was not kept. Products used during my facial that I want to purchase were not in stock.

Overall- highly satisfied- like to see a few more products for sale related to massage vs the facial ones that are available.

I was overall highly satisfied. Maybe it was just some tiny details based on my personal preferances of decor, music etc that didn't make me say wow all the time. The most important thing,"professionality and knowledge", was highly satisfying.
