New therapist and she didn’t rub feet or it band. Do not like when therapists use their firearms on the back. This isn’t necessarily a sterile practice. 80 minutes and didn’t feel as relaxed as with other therapists. Music is weird and not soothing with a drum beat. Will return and not deviate from regular therapists a.

As mentioned, appt started late due to filling out paperwork and ended early so basically got 40 minutes instead of 60. Not the therapists fault, she has a schedule to keep. The hard sales pitch after trying to get me to reinstate my old membership pretty much killed the relaxation achieved by the facial.

I scheduled a 6:45 pm appt with Stephanie; when I received confirmation it said 7:00 pm - I didn't change it nor did I get a call about the change. Then I was welcomed by Casey and told she was doing the facial; I said no - I scheduled with Stephanie - can you advise as to why and who changed this? NOTE: Two months ago or more my first time with Casey was not good and I complained and asked them to place a note that I would not like to have Casey again. This was ignored! HOWEVER - In all fairness, when you make a complaint and it is fixed - one has to acknowledge that. I complained previously about Casey's facial; last night I stayed even though I was very upset - all of the issues I complained about with regard to Casey - she fixed! The lights were lowered; she didn't stop in the middle of the facial and write notes; she massaged my neck and shoulder during that time instead - she was so much more attentive and made my facial much more relaxing - I had an amazing facial.

I’m a regular customer, coming in 2-3 times a month. I always receive a good service from Alicia, and the reception staff are always friendly. I feel the value for money is okay, not great. Everything is good, but not amazing.

I booked an appointment with a gift card and it was to include an additional treatment which I did not receive. I wasn’t charged, when I checked out I have a $30 credit on gift card. Just a bit disappointed I did not get what was booked. Also, massage was 80 minutes & it started late & ended early.

I did not like the pushed upgrade at the last minute as I had already checked out in the beginning, I like to do that due to being so relaxed and not worrying about paying at the end. The time was not long enough for doing an upgrade. My Estatition was really good just wanted to mention those 2 things. Also the lobby way not inviting with the blue Christmas Tree. The chair arrangements felt off.

I don’t think the quality of the massages are that great and I have tried multiple therapists. I don’t want people touching me that have been vaccinated and are giving off spike proteins—it’s dangerous to my health. I don’t like wearing a mask. This just isn’t the place for me.

I absolutely LOVE Kandy, she is amazing, Christian was great upon arriving, the rest of the lobby staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them or made it seem like they didn't really want to be there
