I absolutely LOVE Kandy, she is amazing, Christian was great upon arriving, the rest of the lobby staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them or made it seem like they didn't really want to be there

Nothing extraordinary, just a good massage as I expected. No complaints. Walked out feeling relaxed and renewed.

The bathroom trash can is always full and has been broken for 3 months. My appt was canceled with no option for the same time and day. The front desk puts hard sales tactics on customers after their massage. Hard to go from being relaxed to pressured into buying memberships. I was embarrassed bringing a guest who was relentlessly pressured to buy.

I was satisfied just fine. I was charged though an extra $20 for a deep tissue massage. In the beginning of the massage my therapist asked if I wanted deep tissue and I said “only if you find an issue that requires it.” After the massage my therapist said “I did not appear to have any specific tension and my body was easy to work with.” I was a massage therapist myself a while back ago and I can assure you I did not receive any deep tissue work during this visit. So I am really still perplexed why I was charged the extra $20 for a deep tissue massage I did not receive. Other than said mentioned issue, my visit was satisfactory.

I have been a member for YEARS! I was always able to call for an appointment and get in maybe that day, or within a week. Now the wait is 2-3 weeks out for a female therapist. I don’t have the luxury of booking 3 weeks out. It’s great to be in such demand on one hand! Not so good for some loyal customers.

Felt pressured to get membership when using gift card my Wife bought me. Left bad taste in my mouth. Been coming here for years.

My massage was a two hour session and the pressure was great and the therapist very kind. I felt rather disconnected body part wise in that her strokes were somewhat choppy and not really full. Example - when massaging a leg, the thigh was only worked on on the lateral side and for a very short time, then on down to the calf without connecting the upper leg to the lower leg. As an LMT myself, I prefer to have each section connected to the next, and this is the way it happened all over. Great strokes when done, just not connected to the next. I left feeling only portions of my extremities addressed and my back with only certain spots deeply worked on. Long smooth deep strokes addressing the entire muscle and then connecting it to the next would be nice. Erectors near the spinal column from shoulders to SI joint, not just half way or a portion of them. Hope that makes sense. Arms - deltoids to biceps and then connect biceps to the muscles in the forearm and addressing each one anterior/posterior connecting to the hand. Just my opinion and what I feel connects the person fully.

My appointment total time was an hour, my appointment time was at 3:15pm, the therapist came to me to walk me to the massage room at 3:22pm! She finished the massage at 4:14pm then I got dressed and went to the lobby, I wasn’t really satisfied because of the massage duration time.

The amount of reminder communication is ridiculous! I’m a professional and don’t need 6 reminders for my appointment. Table linens seem cheap.
