I think the pricing is in line with other places but I have so many bills right now so paying $70 plus a tip is difficult

I did not feel better after the massage. After the initial discussion with the therapist, I should not need to repeat the areas I would like concentration on. I will not get another massage from this therapist.

I was highly satisfied, I marked it wrong.

Different vibe, appears to have lots of staff turnover. Massage and massage therapist were great. I did not appreciate having to give credit card number when booking appt. Also, very negative experience with last facial, where he kept trying to upsell the entire appt made me reluctant to return to this location.

As a very long standing customer, I have found that with the change in ownership has resulted in a more negative overall experience for me. Alicia is still great, but I’ve had multiple issues with my standing appointment. In addition, it seems as though prices have increased significantly multiple times, with no notification that I remember seeing.

Kept pushing the monthly membership despite consistent refusal. Kept feeling more and more pressure. Would prefer to just say no one time to staff

Receptionist booked apt at wrong time so they called me asking where I was. Used gift card for 50 minute non member massage and they asked for $20 since prices went up. Didn’t like that.

If I'm coming in for a relaxing massage, I prefer to keep quiet. Obviously, there's some introductions and banter when the massage starts, but once things settle down I prefer to keep quiet and focus on the massage. Also, I thought I had reserved a hot stone massage. Not sure what I was charged for.

The therapist was excellent but used too much pressure and I asked twice to reduce but it was too hard. When checking out the credit card machine wasn't working and was frustrating but I paid cash. I am coming back this Saturday.
