My biggest issue is the your online booking system has been down for months. The technology is there and relatively easy to implement so I cannot understand why it it taking so long. It is very inconvenient to call and takes longer. Also, you’ve had a lot of therapists leave. Thank goodness Beverly came back- she’s the best!

I have had better facials at other spas and that really would be the only reason in regards to the facial. In regards to the massage the masseuse was very amateur and how she worked on me. I've had much better massages over the years and was very unsatisfied with the person I had this time around.

My treatment did not start on time abs I was there early. We started at 10 min after my appt and finished in 45 min. I thought treatment time was 1 hr.

I was very fortunate to have had an independent LMT do deep tissue massage for me for 15 years. She retired and I chose Hand & Stone because the studio is close to my hair stylist and she suggested it. I receive very nice massages from the therapist at Hand & Stone but they are not as effective as what I had been getting for so long. All of the staff I have encountered are very courteous and friendly. The facility is very clean & peaceful. But the cost is exorbitant. I have no idea how it compares to other studios as I have not been to any others. I don’t know how long I will maintain my membership but I am committed for awhile due to amount I paid.

Massage began at 2:14 and ended at 2:54 which is a 40 minute massage. I believe my massage was for 50 minutes.

The massages are great. Just wish for them to be more precise as to where and what you want to be worked on. Maybe a chat where’s you can point out the area and maybe some valuable info there to learn from at the same time like muscle names and nerves all over the body. To be more specific and to take the desired areas to be massaged.

I did not feel that the massage therapist was consistent in areas of my body. Did one arm and shoulder for 5 minutes and did the other arm an shoulder for 10 minutes. Did one hand and fingers and did not do the other hand and fingers. One leg got a lot of attention while the other leg not very little. Did not get the front of either leg. I told her I had shoulder and neck pain and she did more on the back then on the neck. Needs to be consistent in what she does for every part of the body.

I am satisfied with my experience, no complaints! My massage was great, my therapist was amazing.

Always a good experience, very relaxing. My therapist was sweet but a little chatty. Could have used more pressure.

I enjoyed my massage. I was bummed during the 50 minute massage that my head wasn’t massaged. Overall, great experience. I’ll just need to ask for the head massage next time.
