The price could be lowered for members who have memberships on hold etc and are purchasing a massage; price is the main reason I can't come as much as I want.

In the hand and stone that I go to it is very hard to hear the receptionist. I don't care if they recognize me on entrance or anything like that but I would like them to have correct information in front of them when I am checking in or out. I wish I had access to my account to see how many visits I have prepaid for and the charges for add ons if I have any.

The gal that booked my appointment was very thorough with me about the covid guidelines, as I asked her specifically because I have not been in since then. They did not take my temp at all, but took someone elses, so not very consistent. I had to use some ipad and pen thing to fill out a form--I would have not wanted to touch all of that. Massage therapist did not wear mask on nose, and I didn't know how to tell her to do that to make me more comfortable-so I didn't say anything, but I dind't like it when I was face up...I made appt for later in the month, but will cancel it and wait a little longer to come in, as it made me very nervous.

Check out took some time because receptionist had trouble transferring one of my monthly memberships to my daughter, who was my guest. Would be nice to have mirror in massage rooms to fix hair after massage.

Massage therapist was coughing and sniffling throughout the massage. She did not when I first met her so it wasn’t until I was already on the table and she began working on me that she displayed sick symptoms. Also, the receptionist and the therapist where both offer additional services es and gift card promos. I’ve been a member for a long time and it felt like I was being upsold. I’m considering canceling mine and my husband’s memberships if this happens again.
