Two employees (therapists waiting for clients) wore masks with the nose entirely exposed (mask over mouth only). Several employees were congregated closely together by the intake door and chatting while waiting. There were too many people at one time in the waiting right m (appointments all appeared to be starting at the same times instead of being staggered like the last couple times I came in. Prior visits had much better compliance with safety precautions than this visit.

About to fall asleep and the music got suddenly very loud without explanation. Having to wear a mask during the whole thing was unbelievable especially when the stones opened up my sinuses so i could breathe but had a mask tight against my nose and mouth with my head against a pillow

I don’t like the Upsell of products and even my current treatment. I don’t want to think about increasing my cost by $30 for a special treatment while reducing my current one.

I liked my therapist but not the type of massage she gave me. Too fluffy, did not address the issues I told her about in the beginning. I will try someone else next time. My therapist came highly recommended, just not a good fit for me.

I am always completely satisfied with my massage experience with Kandy, she is amazing and the sole reason I am a member of your facility. Thebquality of your reception staff has plummeted over the past year. They rarely acknowledge me upon arrival, constantly mispronounce my name, do not relay to Kandy the additions I have requested to my appointment. They seem poorly trained on your systems and are not nearly as friendly or interactive as they staff you had pre-covid.

I can hear others talking either in the hallway, other rooms or break room. Not sure where that is coming from but can be distracting.

Great and friendly staff. Felt welcome upon entering and my therapist paid attention to the areas I was concerned with but also was able to relieve some tension in other areas that I didn't even know I had. She also provided some advice upon return home.

Marty was great - kind and friendly and definitely knew her stuff. I should have made it clearer that I was hoping for a very gentle massage and it was a little too intense for me.I guess I didn't realize that massages are mostly about working out kinks in the muscles - just needed relaxation this time. I am going to come back and ask her to go super light because I liked her a lot - its just hard for me to give feedback in the middle of service. :-)

Therapist required me to wear a mask during my service which is her right, but wearing a mask had not been required by other therapists. Hard to relax with a mask on which she then took off of me which didn't make any sense to me. Now she was handling a contaminated mask. Not sure about all of that.

The experience was very good. I only give top ratings for exceptional service. This service was exceptional in some areas and above average in others.
