My facial was excellent. I did an impromptu massage and it was ok. I expected better from hand and stone.

I miss the heated cushion on the massage bed. It was a little more comfortable. But I completely understand why it’s not possible at this time.

I think massage therapist should be wearing shields for their protection and clients. Sue is an amazing therapist.

Therapists need to know how to wear their masks correctly.

Can hear noise in neighboring rooms. Music a little loud. Otherwise great- Enjoyed Candy

Christy did a wonderful job, She was very knowledgeable and suggested a service that she thought would be good for my skin.

I really liked my esthetician. The only issue I had with the appointment is that while she waited for a mask to dry she started cleaning things and putting stuff away in the cabinets. This took away from relaxing and enjoying the money I spent. If I spend this money for her service then while the mask is drying she should be massaging or something. I feel it is a waste of money to lay in a table. I’m paying for relaxation and someone to service me the entire hour. However, her knowledge on skin and products was impressive and she was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. The down time is what was the problem. Thank you.

The missing amenities due to covid19 detract from the experience

John was a friendly knowledgeable and very competent therapist. I especially love how he pulled my arms over my head and stretched my vertebrae
