Hand and Stone

I paid extra for the hot towel hand massage, I did not feel this was worthwhile at all. The massage was brief and not deep at all.

Error on billing that took 3 months to remedy; latest massage therapist was only ok at best, getting difficult to book massages if less than 3 days notice.

Was charged full price on credit card even though I have a membership. Needed to call and seems the problem is resolved.

please have your staff stop asking how I would like to tip on membership or non membership.the whole point as a member is to try to save money buying having a membership. why would one tip as a non member? very cheesy tactic.

Therapist did not seem very experienced at addressing concerns. She was okay but not at the level of other therapists at this location.

I am not a fan of the increase to $59.95 a month? It makes me think twice before upgrading my facial. Not sure it was worth $100 +

I did not think the facial was a good as I have had at other places in the past. It seemed like she was just going through the motions. She was nice enough.

It would be nice to have wash clothes in the bathroom and small water bottles as I have experienced at other Hand & Stone locations. It was a very good massage, and my therapist knew not to break touch which I have not experienced by any other therapist I have had. He listened to what I told him prior to the massage and used the right amount of pressure in the areas indicated. I was a little disappointed with the massage in the neck area.

I've been coming to this Hand & Stone for almost 5 year now. The reception team are very friendly. Alicia is the 3rd therapist that I've had over the years. She is very competent and friendly, but I have preferred previous therapists who I've worked with.

I don’t like that if you cancel you lose what you have paid for. So your forced to keep it. I have some medical stuff and haven’t been able to come. Sucks that you also have to come in person to freeze. Other Hand and Stone you can do verbal.
