My only complaint is I believe the massage time should be 60 minutes instead of 50 and there should be a separate membership for 100 minute massages instead of it being an add on Otherwise I believe everything is very good

Felt like I was suggested other areas a didn’t really care to focus on. Over all experience is great, but I’ve had better experience on previous. But was overall good... just not great this time.

The Himalayan salt massage was nice but there was a lot of time spent switching out the stones for warm ones and the stops of using stones were abrupt. The time spend seemed short for getting a scalp rub added on which seemed like aggressive scratching and hair tossel than a massage. I will add all the staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

The lady who did my massage was awesome. Probably the best I’ve had there. The receptionists were new when I was done with the massage and just were not nice. I had to be the nice one just to get my sample promised to me by the previous receptionist. I had been trying to schedule a massage since Sunday but no times available so that’s understandable... what was frustrating was when I was on my way to the massage the day before, they had to reschedule me... they made up for it when I came back in which was nice but still would have been nice to have had them call someone in like they did yesterday. Things happen I get it. Just have not had something like that happen to me when it. Ones to a massage.

My esthetician was excellent but this location is crowded and the experience feels more like waiting at an Urgent Care rather than a spa like experience.

My last appointment was concentrated on new Sciatica pain. Judy did a fantastic job by focusing on the problem area. Just enough pressure so it didn't hurt and was enjoyable. We did chat a bit which was fine because I was there for relief though if it were for relaxation I would prefer to zen out and enjoy the quietness.

The appointment started 10 late. Was told I’d still get my full time but it wrapped up 45 minutes in. Assume that’s not the full time for a 1 hour message. Message left my neck incredibly tight that night and super painful for 1-2 days afterwards.

It was a good experience. Maybe I did not make myself clear. Alicia was very nice. I think I was expecting more.

Highly satisfied is good no above and beyond, there was no need to do so; I was satisfied with the experience
