Both the esthetician and massage therapist I had were both good but I have had better therapists and estheticians at H & S before. I think the difference is level experience, I think both practitioners just need more time and experience to hone in on their skills. Both women were very professional and friendly.

while it was an excellent massage, I did not feel terribly relaxed. Pressure was painful at times and therapist was not in tune with me in that regard

Typically I am satisfied with my massages and facials. However, this last visit was not as pleasant. The therapist had cold hands, cold room, did not put enough pressure on my problem areas after our discussion before the start of our session, she also forgot to massage one foot and one arm. I added a service to massage my scalp, and she just rubbed my hair with oil.. my hair, not my scalp.

I didn’t realize there was a $10 transfer fee to use my pre paid for a guest. I was a member at a different location and was never charged this. I was considering calling the other location to see if they charged the transfer fee

I thought the time was short. If you come and get me on the hour, and the massage is 50 minutes (?) Why do I finish at 10 minutes to the hour. After being offered the restroom only on pick up, then disrobing etc. I could be wrong, I am very cheap "/

We had 4 services: 80 minute massage with Beverly = excellent; facial with Jenny = excellent. The other facialist did not communicate what was being done or why, as Jenny had done. And, the other facialist tried to upsell the facial which was very tacky. The second massage therapist for the hot stone massage was not too experienced and also dragged the stones over the bones in the top of the foot.

I am a member and receive massages monthly. It seems every time I request someone after I have like a massage, they are either on a LOA or no longer working there.
