Pricing. I also was a member at one time. When I canceled I lost 3 visits

One of the receptionists is always very rude. Makes me feel like I’m beneath her and just gives off a terrible vibe. My daughter & husband both have commented the same when they visit. Not how you want to feel when spending so much money and hoping to leave feeling relaxed and happy. We will look for a new location which is unfortunate because we absolutely love John & Grayson as well as many other of your masseuses.

Disappointed with online scheduling

A rude receptionist on multiple occasions. Sadly one lady ruined the experience for me.

It was my first facial. I have nothing to compare it to. So I felt a satisfactory would be good at this time.

I thought I would be more relaxed But he did a great job I would go again if I had a gift certificate but would never pay that much

The only complaint i have for hand and Stone is that i hve call several different locations to find a appointment for a couples massage. Other than that one issue i have no their issues, it’s kinda hard to find a therapist that i like and can continue to book.

The products used were extremely oily. I had to wipe my arms and legs off so that I wouldn't get it on my car seat.

I would like to be able to book appointments on line.

Reception was polite but not really friendly.
