Reception was very busy and I had to wait for someone to help me. Not a huge deal but it makes you feel like you are in a high volume store not a soothing spa setting

Had some neck , shoulder and arm pain from massage?? That I wasn't experiencing prior to massage. Strange, first time this has happened.

I was a new member visiting my sister in law. Staff was having trouble with computers and did not honor my massage at the $49.99 member cost. Today, I was told they refunded my $59.99 payment after learning that I had already paid $49.99 to my new Austin Great Hills store, which provides some satisfaction after an Austin employee (Sarah) contacted them in Phoenix, Ariz.

I’m not a fan of the use of massaging with elbows. Most of your staff use their elbows. The only person who has highly satisfied me is Theresa upton. Love her technique Problem is she is never there or not available. So sad.

I booked a facial and massage by phone but instead only the facial appointment showed in system. They were able to get me in for a massage after my facial. (I can understand the system was malfunctioning, so it wasn’t receptionist fault). The therapist asked me what to focus on “since we only have 50 minutes” and I said shoulders neck and back. While she was massaging my back/shoulders, I asked to have the knots worked out. She didn’t; she massaged my legs and arms which wasn’t necessary. She spent a few minutes on my neck at the end and then pulled my hair which I did not like. I would not mention this at all but you sent me this survey and my pain is less, but still present in my neck and shoulders the next day. I hope my next experience is better.

My therapist, Michelle, I can not rave enough about. She is the perfect fit for me. The front desk seems bored and disinterested.
