I am never satisfied with reception. Phone or in person. They can't answer people's concerns promptly which causes the customer to talk loud and break ambience. They are pleasant just not secure with job or what they R doing. They are difficult to get ahold of when I call for appt or when I get text they say they are booked for offered special and don't try to reschedule or amend text. It is not convenient to get aj appt

first visit was good and will see if that continues

It was fine, I probably won't return to this location in Phoenix because I live in Philadelphia.

the main reason is, how far it is for to get there . I will have to move to a closer place for me to get a massage.

The only thing I am dissatisfied is with the monthly commitment. I just started a new business and cannot obligate to coming once a month.

i always ask for my neck above all to be worked on and it always ends up only getting maybe 10 minutes attention total on this area....

My therapist was very friendly however I felt that she did not address my tension or knots in my shoulders which I told her about prior to getting into the massage.

I think I would be more satisfied if I went there a lot and had the same experience I had! I I'll have to come more to see and hope to rate higher in future! I loved this experience though thank you!

I'm comparing this visit to others I have had there, which were excellent. This was fine, but again this was at night and there were a lot of people, and I think that my massage therapist was new...While the person I always request wasn't there, I was fine trying someone else. But on the whole it was fine and she helped with my neck and shoulder aches.

The therapist did not massage arms, saying there was not enough time left. I wish she had shared this before,
