I felt more sore after leaving. Too much time spent with individual tight muscles instead of the whole overarching issue.

When I go in for 80 mins I like a total body massage, legs, arms, feet, pectorals and glutes, which I communicate by saying total body massage. some therapist leave areas out

I would have liked a neck massage during facial- I thought that was part of the services

The waiting room was very warm. The staff did not inform me that the massage therapist was injured and would not be able to perform deep tissue. Lastly my appointment started 30 minutes late.

She was very nice. A little more chatty than I prefer. And not nearly as skilled as some of the others.

When you have several items on your invoice, there is no breakdown given in writing.

i liked the facial. Was not thrilled with the " time share" techniques following the appointment that pushed signing up for monthly treatments, etc. and requiring one decide by the end of that day! ugh. In addition I asked several times for info on what the treatment I had actually cost-- it was a gift from my son. He had given you $120 and I have no real idea whether I received that amount of service or not. The $20 was for a tip, but I understood there was some special for mothers day, and I still have no idea whether what I received actually cost. It was a regular facial and some extra lotion. I don't doubt that I was charged correctly but could'nt get an answer

I was not offered the "hand & stone" combo & I was really looking forward to that experience since I had never had that kind of massage.

I could hear noise out in the hallway while I was in my massage room.
