I felt like the massage specialist was a bit too close for comfort - especially their face too close to mine at times - it was weird They did some unusual techniques that made me uneasy.

The online reservation request is poorly designed and difficult to use. Had to call the store and talk to someone.

I would have preferred to have the charges/membership options clear before my treatment. When I responded to email advertisement, it was not clear that month to month meant, being billed automatically which put the program back on being a member that is paying in advance.

Great service and friendly staff at most locations .... but the awatuke location could stand some help ...... not so friendly staff and they never have therapists for a couples massage..

The only thing I was not happy about was the last two times my scheduled appointments were running today mins late or a bit more... The massages end 5mins early so that cuts what you paid for by ten minutes...

My therapist was excellent. I brought my sister for the first time and while her massage was good, her therapist talked and talked the whole time about personal subjects.

I requested a specific type of massage when I called and thought that was what was scheduled. When I asked the masseuse about it she said she didn't do that but that she did a particular common type. That's what I got and it was ok. I requested more pressure and got a bit. So all in all it was an ok experience. The masseuse was very nice.
