It was a great experience. The timing just wasn't ideal for my appointment. It I made it work.

My facial should have used more steam to increase absorption. Some parts were done cold which I have not had before.. I was happy with most of the experience, but would like to appear more glowing at the end. I will be back again in a month.. I am very hopeful the next time will give me optimal results! I did really enjoy my facialist. It's been 2 months since my last facial;perhaps that has something to do with it..?

I did have a small issue. My back was really hurting, so I informed my therapist. She told me she was going to start off light and then ease into the massage and get firmer. The first 15 minutes were really painful because of the way I was laying, I really needed her to get in there and give me more pressure. It was kind of a waste of time, and made the pain worse. When she did start using more pressure, my back relaxed and it was great.

The room seemed more like a doctor's exam room rather than a place to be pampered. Even though the aesthetician was pleasant and knowledgeable, she didn't explain the different products she was using during the steps of the facial, unless I asked. Once I got home, I noticed that my brows were uneven and found a little wax on my legs.

It takes a superior level to acquire a highly satisfied from me... there were no negatives. I always think there is some room for improvement. Please don't see this as a criticism. You all were extremely friendly and the service was lovely and I will return.

It is getting too expensive for me.

Massage was extremely relaxing. However, I still had some sore muscles that had knots. Overall a great massage though.

The room I was in might have been next door to a break room, I wasn't sure but I found it hard to really concentrate and relax during my massage due to the loud voices and noises I kept hearing from the room next door (this included talking, laughing and doors opening and closing a lot not to mention the music volume would get very loud as if to cover this up which made it worse.). I really hope this was a one-time occurrence but if it happens again on my next visit next month, then I will not continue my membership and go elsewhere. A person should have a quiet, relaxing time during their massage and not be distracted. My therapist was very good but this was beyond her control.

I'm hardly ever "Highly Satisfied" with any service provider so don't take it personally.
