I also had a massage--BOTH EXCELLENT. And, I noticed the minute I walked in the change of atmosphere. All new staff at the desk and new manager. Assistant Manager Adeline is EXCELLENT. And happy not to be "badgered" to buy products like the other manager did.

From the moment I walked into H&S I began to relax. But ambience of the room with the soft music set my mind and body at ease. The massage work through all my tight muscles & nots. I felt so much better than when I came in!!
