Survey is about a facial, I had a Massage, DJ was an awesome massage therapist. The reason for the low rating on booking is because your web site doesn't work, which is why I used the phone the person on the phone was great

My therapist Kathleen was very knowledgeable about my left hip issues and did a wonderful job addressing the area during the massage. it was easy to communicate with her and the service was excellent. I have had many massages and this was in my top 5.

It’s always a very calming experience! I have been a member forever! Very clean and staff is fabulous!

Therapist is professional personable effective

The therapist Georgia was extremely knowledgeable besides being outstanding at her job, she is without a doubt the reason I plan on going back to Hand & Stone. The fact that her longevity at that location is testament on why she is so good at her profession. She is worth every penny, if I could go every day, I would.....good luck, two month wait in some cases.
