Friendly staff. No waiting. Knowledgeable about my skin issue and addressed/solved the skin issue during the visit.

It was very relaxing, the facial and self-care time it provided. The service provider was very kind and it was nice conversation that flowed and she had great knowledge about skin.

I love Hand & Stone. Reception, therapists, services, products,... all excellent. I did have one small disappointment. I scheduled a 1 hr massage & had a $20 add on... I added the foot treatment. I guess I didn't realize that was included in the hour. I thought it was an add on for an additional 5 or 10 minutes of relaxation!!! Next time, I won't do any add ons and just enjoy my massage.

I’m 77 years old and my massage therapist always asks me what is bothering me before we start. Candy addresses all my issues and is so professional. It is hard sometimes to get an appointment with her.

I think I have been going to H and S for a couple of years now and probably have been with the same massage therapist for over a year. I am always highly satisfied with my experience. She knows me well and it enhances my treatment.
