My massage therapist is so professional and kind at the same time.

I was so impressed with Amy that I scheduled a follow up appointment for 2 weeks. I previously was a Massage Envy customer and your facility is less cluttered, more friendly and inviting. I will be a regular customer from now on.

I was visiting my son that just move to Arizona and was site seeing and wanted to get a facial. Te front desk personal was very friendly and helpful. I booked an appointment with Sheri and she was OUTSTANDING!! When I come back to that area I will truly make another appointment. The Hand & Stone Spa is not open here in Vestavia Alabama but Iam looking forward to the day. Thanks Sheri for making my facial so special.

The staff is very professional and made me feel comfortable returning to massage and facial appointments during Covid. The only thing that was unpleasant was the product upsell during my appointment--I'm relaxed, my face is being massaged and product feels wonderful, and then I am asked if I would like additional services. This totally popped my bubble and returned me to reality that I was trying to escape. Asking your experienced and professional technicians to make a sale during a time that is supposed to be relaxing and rejuvenating totally defeats the purpose of coming in for a spa service. Please reconsider the practice of upselling during a treatment--it's not fare to your clients nor your staff.

The facial (dermal infusion) that I had was very nice and effective. Unfortunately it is a little expensive for my retirement budget. So, I was glad it was on a special.

From the moment I walk in I feel welcomed and have never had to wait for my appointment. I have never experienced any rude conduct by anyone at this facility. I have been going there forever!

Kandy is wonderful! The rest of the staff is also great.
