I find the cost of my visits to Hand & Stone to be quite high but then I’ve not used any other spas and was spoiled for many years having an LMT in private practice who did not charge as much. That said, I was highly satisfied with my most recent visit because my therapist concentrated on my trouble areas intensely. She relieved the pain I had been suffering. I wish I could afford to see her every 2 weeks. I was also highly satisfied because the receptionists are very cordial & polite. If anyone should ask me where I go for massages or mention they are looking for a spa that offers the other services provided at Hand & Stone, I will refer them.

As always, my massage was wonderful! I opted for the CBD oil enhancement and I really believe it helped me. Michelle, my therapist, took her lead from me and there was no talking during the massage. I was able to focus my attention on how much I was relaxing. Great job!

Barbra was an amazing receptionist. She’s knowledgeable and so kind and friendly. Laura was a fantastic massage therapist. I would definitely recommend this Hand and stone facility.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because the wait time was short, I was offered water upon arrival, and my massage therapist listened to my needs. I have osteoarthritis in my hip so I live with chronic pain every day. I was impressed with the pressure my massage therapist used, she made sure the stones weren’t too hot for me and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable which is difficult for me to do. I also loved the techniques she used! I didn’t realize how tense my body was. She was also very informative after the massage. I booked my next appointment with her and will continue to do so since I have a membership 😊
