Scheduled time was accurate. Jaime asked a lot of questions to assure that my concerns were met. I booked another session for Saturday morning.

This facility is very clean and always smells nice. The women who answer the phone and who greet you when you arrive are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They make a point to call you by name. I've been to this esthetician in the past, and she's wonderful, attentive to specific needs and requests, and is also friendly and welcoming.

At Hand and Stone, the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. I have come to have a favorite massage therapist, and she is incredible. She makes me feel comfortable and she is so skilled.
