My massage therapist, John, was highly knowledgeable and highly skilled. He gave a great massage that included deep tissue, as well as Thai stretching and other traditional massage techniques. He recommended using CBD oil, followed by BioFreeze, for my painful shoulder...an inspired combination. By the end of the massage, my pain was gone, and it was gone the next day when I woke up.

I have been so tense with pain in my back. I received a deep tissue massage that of course left me a bit sore but really was able to loosen up my muscles. I look forward to my next visit!
