Ski is wonderful when evaluating and treating my skin. I always enjoying spending some time on the table while we chat away. He can pinpoint the perfect products to appease my skin concerns and walks me through how to properly use them!

From the moment that you walk in the door, you are greeted with a friendly welcome. As I was looking at the product, Julie asked me if I had any questions! My therapist (forget his name) was AMAZING, I cannot believe that he has been there for three years and I never had a massage from him! I have already booked my next appointment with him and also made an appointment with Julie for a facial. Keep up the good work!!

Your prices for services are a great deal. The massage therapist really knows how to fix my pain areas. The clinic is very relaxing and inviting and your staff are very friendly and helpful.

I haven't been back to H&S since Covid. I was nervous but honestly it was 'the same but different'. Same in a good way and different in a good way. GREAT massage. Looking forward to going back.
