Very pleased that Hand & Stone has reopened since the virus. They are functioning at a high level even with the many required restrictions. The esthetician is knowledgeable, friendly and talented!

During these current times, I felt they were following guidelines and felt very safe. More now than ever with the added stresses, I need the benefits from my membership.

They were very efficient, knowledgeable, and address Ed all my concerns.

I felt that it's a great place to get a facial or a massage. The people are great and the technician was really knowledgeable. I had a great experience.

Facility is clean and I was not concerned about my safety in regards to Covid. Staff was in masks. Jenny is professional and knowledgeable in her service.

i think she is the manager at the hand and stone on Cactus and Tatum..Young long blonde hair..I cant remember her name..She is always very sweet and pleasant..Jenny was the the lady that gave me my facial..I really liked her..Thanks to everyone

I liked the new phased start times so not waiting to check in or out. The therapist was understanding about my high risk and need to wear a mask.

The spa is very clean and comfortable. It is a good value for the cost. The therapists are very nice.

All staff, from booking to the massage, was very friendly and professional. My requests were met and my therapist was very sensitive to them along with my desire or lack of desire for conversation.
