I felt very safe and comfortable with the impeccable cleanliness and service I received from Georgia and all of the staff. Thanks for adding a little joy to my day during this crazy pandemic I love Hand & Stone for massage and facials always.

I had a therapist who had worked for 21 years, and knew more about what was going on with my body than I did. Focused on my right shoulder and arm and taught me some hand exercises I can use to help relax those specific muscles that were sore that day.

I appreciate the COVID procedures you have put into place. The massage was possibly the best I’ve ever had; I have had a knot in my back for years, until my massage yesterday.

Therapist was experienced and knowledgeable in where to focus on based on pain issues. Recommendations made sense. Waiting room was sufficiently spaced out.

I tried a hot stone massage for the first time. I loved it. Only 1 small concern to share: The my massage was at 1:45 pm. About the last 5 minutes my therapist spent the time washing something in the sink- maybe the stones? I didn't ask, but when I got up from the table, it was only 2:40, and I realized he spent 5 minutes of my massage time to clean.

Therapist is great. I don’t like having to wear a mask during the massage. The bed is way less comfortable post Covid as it was before. Feels like a hospital bed.
