My esthetician, Jenny, was great! She evaluated my skin, made recommendations but never tried to up sell me. I did end up buying a product but never felt pressured to do so. My skin feels great and I ended up getting a membership. Very pleased!

Andrea always pays attention to the areas that need extra care! I loved the salt stone massage and found it enormously relaxing. Please provide new face cradles as they press on the sinuses. Thank you.

The spa lobby, restroom, and massage room are always exceptionally clean. My therapist does a wonderful job in listening to me explaining the special areas that need attention. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and great.
